Dear Joyful Noise Parents,
The following 2 notes were sent home with your child today! We're excited about the busy week of singing. Students should wear the black/white for both events.
Joyful Noise students sing this Saturday, November 14, at St. Croix Lutheran High School from 10:30-11:30PM. We are singing Christmas songs for the Arts Festival. This is a Christmas arts sale with many cool items for sale. Proceeds benefit St. Croix. Students should remember the following.
§ Arrive in the commons area at 10:25AM and look for your friends. We will warm up in a hallway.
§ Wear your black/white outfit. Students may dress up their uniform with Christmas colors if they wish.
§ We will sing for about 30 minutes on the stage. After our 30 minutes, small groups of students that have signed up will sing more Christmas carols.

Joyful Noise is singing in 2 services this Sun., Nov. 15, 2009, at Bloomington Lutheran Church http://www.bloomingtonlutheran.org/about/locations. We will sing in the 8AM service and at the very beginning of the 10:30AM service. Students will be dismissed after we sing in the 10:30AM service at around 10:40AM. Please have your child meet in the sanctuary in the front no later than 7:40AM, so we can rehearse. Thanks in advance for being on time. The early start requires some planning, especially for teenagers! But, the pastors and congregation members who attend the early service really appreciate the effort Joyful Noise makes to sing for them! Again, thanks in advance for getting your child to the service in time for rehearsal! We will sit as a group for the 8AM service and will walk in, sing and leave for the 10:30AM Service.
Joyful Noise students would like to go to the nearby McDonald’s in between services. Parents are welcome to come also. Please fill out the information below giving your child permission to go to McDonald’s (8040 Nicollet Ave S, Bloomington, MN next to Groth Music) and indicate whether or not your child will need transportation and/or if you can drive. This permission slip needs to be returned by tomorrow, Wed., Nov. 11, 2009. Students and parents will need to bring their own money!
