4th grade FLASH

Dear Parents,

Wow!  Teacher Appreciation week was so amazing.  Thank you to everyone for all of the wonderful goodies I received.  It was a very special time for me.  The cards the students made were awesome and I will cherish them always, once I find out where they went.   Having your child in class this year has been such a blessing.  Thank you for giving me the opportunity to work with them and teach them God's Word.

Thank you to everyone for your generous donations for our flower pots.  The pots look great and I can't wait for the flowers to take off and grow!  I only need a few more families to sign up on the watering sheet.  Remember to check it out if you are at school or you can always go online to our "watering calendar" on the side of this page.  Together we can help our flowers flourish!

I can hardly believe how much we have to finish in so little time.  The fourth grade class still has to conquer a field trip, track and field day, and an end of year tests in math and science.  Please keep an eye on your student as we hit this home stretch.

For our field trip on Wednesday, we will eat lunch early and leave school at 12:00 so we can park and get to the museum by 12:50.    I have directions and suggestions for parking.   I do have $4 for parking for each of my drivers, but I do not know how much it will be.  I am researching that right now and will get back to you.  If anyone else knows, I would love to hear from you.  Those who are meeting us at the museum should meet us at the 7th St. doors at the Wells Fargo History museum on the Skyway Level of the Wells Fargo Center.

REMEMBER THURSDAY!!!  Thursday is a special day for all of you helpers out there.  If you volunteered your time or talents at ANY TIME OR IN ANY WAY this year, please come and join the staff for breakfast on Thursday.  We would love to show you our appreciation for helping out.  If you could please rsvp, "yes" or "no", to this email by tomorrow, the staff will be prepared for serving you.

   God bless your week!

P.S.  I need to see Beth Kuckhahn and Suzi Krueger sometime this week.  Please stop by our classroom.
