My name is Marty Lanter. I am the 5-8 Instrumental Music Director and
Head Varsity Wrestling Coach in Breckenridge. I began working in
Breckenridge in 2004. Prior to that, I was in Wheaton, MN for 6 years
and in Rugby, ND for 1 year. I have a wife, Tressa, who teaches 2nd
Grade in Wheaton, and two children, Braeden (7) and Amanda (5). I
recieved my B.S. in Music Education from Valley City (ND) State
University with a K-12 Composite Music (General Music, Band, Vocal,
Orchestral) Licensure. In May of 2002 I recieved My M.S. in Education
from Southwest Minnesota State University in Marshall, MN. I enjoy all
summer activities: hunting, fishing, golf, softball; spending time
with my family, and playing my trombone whenever I can.
