Welcome to 2008-2009 Kindergarten!
We will start out the year by learning to write our names the Kindergarten
Way! That means that only the first letter of our first name is a capital
letter. We will also begin to learn the letters in our names and use our
names to explore the alphabet!
I recommend that you read to your child 20 minutes a day. This is a great
way to spend quality time together. Take the time to talk about the books
you read too. Ask them to retell the story to you! Visit the public
library!
