About The Teacher
I love science more than any other subject and am licensed to teach any science in grades 5-8, and life sciences in grades 9-12. Email is the best way to reach me. I love working with middle school youth--they are so full of life and energy, and have not yet been bound by too many inhibitions. I enjoy archery, big pike fishing, soccer, and ultimate frisbee in my free time... My husband and I make our home in St. Paul and have a new daughter as of July, and a golden retriever, Maya. For the students to learn the necessary skills of: measuring liquids and solids, using a three-beam balance, understanding the effects of mixing chemicals, understanding electricity, and how forces affect their world.
