Teacher Action Plan
As a teacher I:
*  Recognize student accomplishments by
    Nominating and vote for students of the quarter.
    Making certificates for students of the quarter
    Making certificates for Art & Media Awards grades 7-12.
    Making certificates for FTA, College English & Spanish
    Designing programs and decorations for Homecoming
    Display artwork in halls, entry of school & school web site
    Supervise Leaf Raking, recycle projects and leather projects.
    Take pictures for yearbook, web site and newspaper
    Hancock Education Association & Owl’s Hoot scholarship

*  Have high expectations for student performance
    Post grades to JMC  
    Give daily grades and extra credit grades for additional work
    Send  mid-term notices when needed
    All art and media classes
    Help students prepare for Ridgewater Skills fest in Art and Media
    Keep track of PSEO course work done by students
    Student recognition
    Grad Standard Technician
    Teach to state Art Standards K-12

*  Incorporate technology in all areas of instruction

* Effectively evaluate student performance and use evaluation data instruction and improvement curriculum
