First Grade

Welcome to
First Grade!

Welcome to fall everyone! It is truly unbelievable that the first quarter is coming to an end! We have been having a blast!
-In reading we have continued to work with the Daily 5, (Guided Reading Centers) the H Brothers, (CH, SH, TH,WH), the short vowels a, i, o and u.
-In math, we have learned about graphs. Now we are getting started with addition strategies.
-Our themes have been leaves (fall) and fire safety.
