Announcements


 The PTSO Lap-a-Thon is scheduled for May 7 or 8.  Pledge sheets and more information will be coming home soon.  There will also be a 5K run/walk for families and community members as part of the Lap-a-Thon events.  Watch for details soon and plan to come out to support PTSO and Pine Island Schools!

The Young Author's Conference is May 21-22 and is a fantastic opportunity for students who love to write.  Contact our gifted and talented teacher, Lindsey Reishus, for a brochure.  The cost is $45 and the school provides a bus to the conference.

*Students WILL go outside unless the temperature
reaches zero degrees or below.·        
Students MUST come dressed for the weather:
For 5-6 this includes jackets, hats, and mittens/gloves.
Students not wearing snow pants or boots are required to remain on the
blacktop.

Safety on the playground is of utmost concern.ALL student behavior infractions on the
playground will be Major Infractions/Red Tickets.



STUDY ISLAND
Encourage your child to use Study Island to enhance their learning in math, reading and science activities. They all have been working in Study Island in computer class and know their password.

   
Band and Orchestra meet on day B from 11:15-11:45 - please remember your instrument for group practice and lessons!
Choir meets on day E from 1:15-2:00
