I teach 11th grade English classes since starting at PIHS in 2004. I also co-
advise the student council. My post-high school education includes two
years at Clarke College in Dubuque, IA where I played volleyball. Then, I
transferred to UW-Eau Claire which led me to a study abroad program at the
University of Limerick, Ireland. I graduated from UWEC in 2003 and became
licensed to teach Communication Arts and Literature grades 6-12. I
finished a masters degree in education through St. Mary's University in 2009.
My family, a most enjoyable part of my life, includes my
husband, Brian, and my daughters Simone (6 years) and Elena (4 years). I also
enjoy playing volleyball, hiking, camping, reading, and spending time with my
extended family and friends.
