Hello! Let me introduce myself. As a native of the Pine Island area, I find
myself right at home as a member of the PIHS staff! I received my B.A.
degree from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls (Go Falcons!) and my
Masters degree from St. Mary's University. I have taught at PIHS since 2000.
I look forward to working with the students of Pine Island High
School. This year I teach Introduction to Literature and Essentials of
Speaking and Listening for Southwest State University as well as English 10.
All major assignments and much of the notes students will need can be found
on my teacherweb. I hope this will improve the communication process between
teacher, students and parents.
In my spare time, I look forward to spending time with my husband, son, and
daughter. We love fishing, swimming, and watching PIHS sporting and other
extra-curricular events!
