Meet the Staff:

Shannon Paduano - I have been at the Saint Ambrose ECEC for 7 years and have been in the Early Childhood Education field for about 15 years. I am married and have two children, both of whom keep me very busy with their activities! When I do get a free minute I like to read, shop & just relax with my family.

Deb Grey - I have been at the Saint Ambrose ECEC for 7 years. I  love to travel with my husband, especially to Arizona.

Tina Malvig - I have been teaching at Saint Ambrose for the past 7 years. I have worked with the full day three, four and five year olds and most recently have made the move to the Tuesday / Thursday Half-Day program.

Daily Schedule:

(Morning Class) (9:00-11:30 A.M), Mon./ Wed. (option of Friday):

9:05-9:20 A.M. = Arrival/Welcome/Choice time

9:20-9:35 A.M. = Opening group time, calendar, weather, prayer

9:35-9:50 A.M. = Hand washing, snack time, bathroom break

9:50-10:15 A.M. = Large group and teacher directed activities

10:15-10:50 A.M. = Project time/Learning Centers, clean-up

10:50- 11:10 A.M. = Large Muscle Room/Outside time (walks, etc.)

11:10-11:35 A.M. = Group time, Mystery Reader, Goodbyes

(Afternoon Class) (12:30-3:00 P.M.), Mon./ Wed.

12:30-12:45 P.M. = Arrival/Welcome/Choice time

12:45-1:00 P.M. = Opening group time, calendar, weather, prayer

1:00-1:20 P.M. = Large Muscle Room/Outside time (walks, etc.)

1:20-1:50 P.M. = Bathroom Break, hand washing, Large group and teacher directed activities

1:50- 2:25 P.M. = Project time/Learning Centers, clean-up

2:30- 2:50 P.M. = Hand washing, snack time

2:50-3:05 P.M. = Group time, Mystery Reader, Dismissal

Tuesday/Thursday (9:00-2:00) Schedule:

9:00-9:15 A.M. = Arrival/Welcome/Free Exploration

9:15-9:25 A.M. = Clean up

9:25-9:40 A.M. = Attendace, Calendar, Weather, Prayer

9:40-10:00 A.M. = Hand washing, snack time, bathroom break

10:00-10:20 A.M. = Group Time, Theme Introduction, Story

10:20-10:50 A.M. = Center Rotation Activity time, Dramatic Play

10:50- 11:10 A.M. = Large Muscle Room/Outside time (walks, etc.)

11:10-11:40 A.M. = VIP, Prayer Bear

11:40-12:30 A.M. = Clean-up, bathroom break, hand washing, lunch time

12:30-1:20 P.M. = Religious Focus Activites and music & movement

1:20-1:40 P.M. = Large Muscle Activites or outside time

1:40-2:00 P.M. = Mystery Reader, Prayer and Dismissal
