Meet the staff:

Barb Finnegan - I have worked at the Saint Ambrose ECEC for 5 1/2 years. I have 2 teenage daughters. In my spare time I enjoy reading, watching movies, and spending time with my family.

Jan Schilmoeller - I  have been a part of the Saint Ambrose ECEC teaching staff since October 2001. Prior to working at the ECEC, I  was a teacher at Montessori Day. My husband and I have been married for 30 years and live in Cottage Grove. We have 4 daughters (27, 25, 20 and 17) and one grandson. I  enjoy photography, shopping, trying out new recipes (especially desserts!) and spending time with my family. My husband and I  would love to do more traveling and we are looking forward to a trip to Germany next year.

9:15-9:30 A.M.= Arrival/Greetings/Free exploration

9:30-9:35 A.M. = Clean-up

9:35-9:55 A.M. = Group/Calendar/Attendance/Prayer

9:55-10:10 A.M. = Bathroom Break/hand washing, Snack time

10:10-10:30 A.M. = Large Muscle time or outside time (walks, etc.)

10:30-10:50 A.M. = Group time/Story time/Theme Introduction

10:50-11:35 A.M. = Learning Center Rotations/Choice Time

Fridays: Christian Focus Day/Bible Stories/Projects & Activities

11:35-11:45 A.M. = Mystery Reader, Group, Prayer, Dismissal
