Art K-8 Second trimester has started with a flurry. Our 8th graders have changed homerooms and are settling in. Seventh grade have also started a new unit. 8th grade - Currently working on a clay sculpture of the face. The study of contour. 7th grade - Currently working on a color study. This is a unit of experimentation creating new hues of color. ART CLUB FOR 7TH AND 8TH GRADE IS DURING CONTACT TIME There has been a great turnout for the art club so far this year. Many of our students are trying their hand at painting. I am happy to say there seems to be some great artists in group. 6th grade - Currently working on a watercolor unit 5th grade - Currently working on a watercolor unit 4th grade - Currently working with popsicle sticks studying dimension and balance 3rd grade - Currently working with clay 2nd grade - Currently working with clay 1st grade - Currently making a construction paper reindeer Kindergarten - Currently working on Glitter Christmas Card Mr. Beaman
