June 1,2008
This is my last Home Report for the year. The year just flew by. This kids are ready for 5th
grade, but it is hard to send them "upstairs." Thank you for all of your help and support.It has
been a great year.
We really enjoyed Field Day. Our class afternoon at the park was "washed out", but we enjoyed a
movie together.
June 3rd - Finish visit to 5th grade with Mrs. Zwirner
June 5th - Last day of school - All School Picnic - Memorial Park
Fourth graders will pick up lunches at 11:20 and head for the park. Please consider joining in the
fun. We could use some more adult supervision. Contact me if you are able to come.
Report cards will be sent home on Thursday. Also included will be information about the Learnia
testing and some notes from me with recommendations for the summer.
READING IS A MUST! The summer reading program at the library is great. I will send home some books
that will be returned in September.
