I ENJOY having volunteers in my classroom. It is so beneficial to the
children and of course, myself! The students love having parents in and I
enjoy getting to know you better. I will be sending home a volunteer calendar
with the students each month. Some names are already filled in because they
signed up at Open House and wanted to come in on a regular basis. I understand
that many of you can't come in on a regular basis because of your work
schedule,and that is perfectly fine. Just because a name is already written in
for a certain day and time doesn't mean you can't come in during that time. If
you decide to come in on one of those days that are filled in, that's okay
because that means the students will receive more one-on-one help. When I send
home the volunteer schedule, just write your name, day and time when you would
like to come in.
