What time does school start and end?

School starts at 9:10 and ends at 4:05. On early release days school ends at
1:10.

Can I send in treats for my child's birthday?

Yes, store bought individual treats may be brought in for a birthday snack.
No drinks or cakes please.

Will classroom books come home?

Your child will bring home two library books per week. Once we begin guided
reading groups, your child will bring home reading group books. Guided
reading books will need to be read the evening that they come home and
returned the next day. Library books are due weekly.

How many students are in the class?

Currently there are 19 students in our class.

Can I come to lunch with my child?

Yes, if you would like to join your child for lunch you can meet in the
cafeteria at 10:45.

What if I want to volunteer, but can't because of work?

Please let me know if you would like to help with cutting out items at
home. I can always use the help.

What is the best way to get a hold of my chid's teacher?

Email is the best but you can also send a note to school with your child or
leave a phone message.

What if plans change for my child's transportation?

Please email, leave a message or send a note on the day of the change.

What if I need to pick my child up early from school?

Please send a note to school with your child. You will need to report to
the office to pick up your child.
