About The Teacher

I knew I wanted to be a teacher when I was a 3rd grade student here at 
Field!! 

This school year marks my 6th year of teaching. The first two years I taught 
Kindergarten and Preschool at Breckenridge.  When I came to Field School, I 
taught 3rd grade. Then I decided to move to 2nd grade and try my hand 
at it! Guess what? I loved every minute of it!! 2nd grade is my favorite so 
far!!  

I have a Bachelors of Science degree from Northwest Missouri State 
University in Elementary Education and Early Childhood. With this degree I 
am able to teach birth through 5th grade.  I have a Master's 
degree from William Woods University in Elementary Administration.

I am married to Jeff and we have a daughter, Hadley who will be 4 in 
September.  We also have a baby girl due in September.  We have 2 pets, Lucy 
(a lab) and Bailey (a cat).  Besides teaching, I love to scrapbook, collect 
Willow Tree Angels, and most of all spend time with my family.
