WEEKLY COURSEWORK:
On designated dates given in class and marked on tutor time sheets, tutors
are required to come to the A+ Office (Rm 104) to turn in paperwork. Being in
class (GHS Room 104) on these designated days is worth a significant amount
of points on your class grade.
On these dates, tutors must turn in:
a) Tutor Time Sheet, with time and attendance verified by
supervising teacher signatures
b) Completed Tutor Journal (on the back of the Tutor Time Sheet)
c) assigned weekly Reflection Questions
You will need to bring your tutor folder and gold assignment sheet on these
dates so the gold sheet can be stamped that your work is turned in.
If you are absent on any of the designated dates, you will need to contact
Mrs. Maslowsky in advance (if you know) or as soon as you return (in the
event of an unplanned illness or emergency). Late papers won't be eligible
for bonus points on your class grade.
Any questions about tutoring, attendance, supervisors, etc. should be
discussed with Mrs. Maslowsky, your Tutoring teacher.
MIDTERM AND END OF TERM COURSEWORK:
At MIDTERM and END OF TERM, students must ask their supervising teacher to
fax in Supervisor Evaluations. Due dates for both evaluations can be found on
Tutor Time Sheets. The mid-term evaluation will be given to tutors in class;
it should be given to your supervisor for completion about a week before it's
due. The EOT evaluation will be sent electronically to your supervisor. Check
in the A+ Office to verify whether your evaluation was received when due.
Work submitted after the due date will be recorded with a penalty assessed.
This CAN and WILL have an impact on your grade!
