To celebrate our fortieth wedding anniversary, my husband and I chose to visit Yellowstone National Park. Because we booked a week during the slow summer months, the pricey Targhee ski resort in Idaho fit into our limited budget. The location was a long drive from everywhere but well worth the time needed to access hairpin turns.
