Dec. 14 - Dec. 18
We will have the test covering the first half of chapter 5 on Tues. This material is essential to the students' success in algebra I next year. Encourage the students to see me if they are struggling. Once you fall behind it is very difficult to "catch up".
We will begin reviewing on Friday for our test covering the first half of the chapter. The test will be the week of Dec. 14-18.
There is a Chapter Review and Chapter Test after each chapter that would be helpful in preparing for a test. There are also "extra practice" problems in the back of the text book. I have also offered to run off additional practice work for any student who feels it would be helpful.
I am able to email the smartboard files that I use to teach in class as a PDF file. If you feel this would be helpful when you child is sick, email me and I would glad to forward the files to you.
I am at school most mornings by 7:00 a.m. If the students are "stuck" on a few homework problems, I would be glad to help them then.
