8 Blue or Black Erasable Pens

1 New American Bible (St. Joseph Medium Size Edition-Hardcover-May be 
purchased at school-$13.00)

1 Large Box of Kleenex

1 Gallon of Water

2 boxes of antibacterial HAND wipes

2 Roll Paper Towels

1 Assignment Notebook-Must be purchased through IW the first day of school - 
$3.00 each

SPIRAL NOTEBOOKS SHOULD BE LABELED WITH STUDENT NAME AND SUBJECT.

****PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL ITEMS ARE PERMANENTLY MARKED WITH STUDENT’S    
INITIALS.   (EACH PEN, PENCIL, CRAYON, ETC.).

MUSIC
One Pocket Folder with loose-leaf paper and pencil.

Keep your recorder from 4th Grade.  If you need to replace it, see the Music 
Teacher.

ART

There is a $5.00 art fee for the 2007-2008 school year due the first day of 
school. Please be sure to mark the envelope “Art Fee with Name and Grade.”  
The fee will cover items needed for art class.   Art boxes are not needed.  
If combining with other fees, please list each fee that is being paid. Each 
student must have an art shirt with his or her name on the front of the 
shirt. (Does not have to be purchased, can be an old shirt)

COMPUTER

Flash Drive- Recommended size 512M or greater; clearly labeled with 
student's name. Flash drive may be used from year to year.
