"Where's the instruction book that is
supposed to come with kids?"
We may not have the instruction manual on how to raise kids, but the parent
library does have a lot of good materials that may give you some helps. The
mobile library has books, tapes, videos, CD's all available for you to check
out. It is located in the Special Services conference room (right across from
my office). It is always on display at evening elementary events. There are
materials on blended families, divorce, death, bedtime, bed wetting, homework,
discipline, ADHD/ADD, etc. The list goes on. Some of our newest books include: First
Aid for Tantrums, Good Night, Sweet Dreams, I Love You - Now Get into
Bed and Go to Sleep!, The Pocket Parent, hundreds of fast answers, I
Refuse to Raise a Brat.
Catalogs with full listings are available.
