Archery: Anyone interested in shooting in a Tournament at
Warsaw after school on Wednesday, December 11th see Mrs. Hardy.
The juniors will be taking the
ASVAB in the morning on Friday, Dec. 6. Testing will be from 1st
hour until the middle of 4th hour. Please plan accordingly. Thanks
FBLA Members: the Christmas Social will be held next
Wednesday, December 11th beginning at 6:30 pm here at the High School. We will
wrap gifts for Adopt-A-Family, sing Christmas Carols for "In Praise of
Age" , and eat snacks and drink hot chocolate. See Coach Crull or an
officer for more details.
FBLA Members: We are asking each member to donate $1.00
for Adopt-A-Family gifts. FBLA will match each dollar donated, please give your
dollar to an officer or Mr. Crull.
The NHS will be sponsoring “Jeans for Jams” – Dec. 9-13. NHS
members will be at the concession stand every morning during that week to
collect jeans from fellow students. Every student who brings in a pair of blue jeans will get their name in
a drawing for an iTunes card. Please
help the NHS chapter by binging in any old pair of jeans.

for a link to the Burger King Scholarships (James W. McLamore WHOPPER
Scholarships) which are $1,000 and up for high school seniors with at least a
3.3 unweighted gpa and an ACT score of 25 or higher. Check out the

-The Ladies Auxiliary of the
Fraternal Order of Eagles offers a one-time $500 scholarship to a Lincoln girl
going to a technical school or any college in the Fall of 2014. The
deadline for the application and short essay is March 21, 2014. See Mrs.
Terrell for applications.
-Eight high school seniors
will be awarded $500 scholarships if the parents are current members of CMEC,
have a minimum GPA of 2.75, and a minimum --ACT score of 21. Deadline is

is for any senior who operates their own small business. You could be

--The Missouri State Fair
Agriculture Scholarship is open with 36 $1,000 scholarships and one
$2,500 scholarship offered. The deadline is February 1, 2014 and the senior
