I am trying to schedule our department meetings for 2008-09.

Please mark your calendars and reserve all Friday, White Club Days that fall on an A, B, C, or D day. We will use that Contact time for Theology meetings.

Please mark your calendars and reserve All Wednesdays that are designated for Department meetings. We will discuss how to split the meeting times with Campus Ministry. Please plan on meeting on those days.

There are a few meeting times that fall on the same days as retreat. We will have to discuss how to handle those. Please mark them reserved until we decide otherwise as a group. I also am proposing some alternative meeting dates because of those kind of conflicts in February.

First Meeting: August 19, 2008 : this is a Tuesday, the first day of classes at 1p.m.
