People within our community who can help.
Mike Coffey is our technology co-ordinator. See him if you have
computer concerns, especially if they aren't working properly.
David Weinkauff is our sound man. See him if you need help with the
sound equipment for an event.
Bill Kwapy is our media man. See him if you need help with
audio-visualthing
Carol Winkler is our Librarian and she is also the person who resource materials. She recommends
that each of us go to our Department Chair person requests and then if appropriate the Department
Chair can pass on the request to Carol.
Teresa Corley is the person to see about placing items and activities on
our school Calendar.
Pat Garner is the person to see if you want to schedule room usage,e
specially for activities outside of the school day. Pat asks that all of us use the forms in her mailbox
to request maintance in writing. We are asked not to stop maintance personnel in the hallway with a
request for immediate assistance.
Tom Hunt is a great resource person for art and graphic computer
programs.

The Advancement Committee: Jim Caldwell, Chair and the Sub-committees that make up the
Development Committee: Planned Giving; Green Ribbon {Annual Growth Appeal; Student Fund;
Alum Parents; Alumnae Association; Grandparents; Major Gifts, and AuctioNerinx
The Development Department is responsiblle for raising 15% to 20% of the Nerinx Hall operating
funds and securing all project/captial campaign funds.
It also coordinates all public relations for Nerinx Hall High School. It coordinates the fundraising
calendar for all Alumnae and school activities. Please see the Calendar section for a list of special
events sponsored by this group.
Sr. Gabe Hoare is our Aesthetic Education Program Director. She makes herself available to every
department to increase the depth of understanding of each discipline in the curriculum. She is a
great resource person.
Jan Mccurley is the Moderator for Hallways, Nerinx's school newspaper. She would like you to know
that Hallways is published once a month, they do their editing during White Clubs and their layout
work after school. She would invite teachers to encourage their students, especially freshmen to
consider joining the staff as reporters.
