Terms above. Write the definition in the vocabulary box. There are times you will have to choose the correct definition. Remember you are looking to define landforms.

Locating an example of each landform in the United States is your next step.
I have included a web site for you to use to locate landforms in the United States.
This site is from NASA. It is a collection of pictures from space. Pretty neat stuff!
1. Go to the site. Landforms From Space http://earth.jsc.nasa.gov/sseop/efs/
2. Record the name of the United States landform on handout 1A.
3. Read the information about the landform and locate the landform on the desk map
4. Look closely at the picture and compare the picture to your definition
