My Family:
I've been blessed. I have been married for 18 years to Tom James. He works
at IBM. We have two wonderful boys. Tommy is 16 and in 10th grade at
Seckman High School. Michael is 13 and in 8th grade at Seckman Middle
School.
My mom, Mary is also a big part of my life. She helps me with everything I
do. I have a brother who is a professor of Chemistry and Math at Quincy
University, Dr. Scott Luaders. He is married to Rochell and they have 2
children: Julian & Beau. I have a sister Linda Rigdon who still works at
Macy's. She has 2 children, Mathew and Maryssa Rigdon. I have a
VERY VERY WONDERFUL FAMILY!
Mission For The ClassMy goal in the classroom is to give every student an equal opportunity
for success. I will provide a safe, positive learning environment where
students will feel value and respect. Students learn in different ways. I
will engage many teaching strategies to reach EVERY student in the class. I
will increase students social, personal and intellectual knowledge. I will
give students the tools they need to be a valued and productive member of
the classroom and future community. I will incorporate technology into all
subject areas to better prepare students for the future. I will encourage
parents to be active participants in their child's education by keeping them
informed and inviting them into the classroom.
