About The Teacher
About Mrs. Guntli: Welcome to 2A! My name is Mrs. Guntli and this is my second year with St. Gerard. I got my undergraduate degree in Communications from Truman State University and I am received my Masters in Education from Lindenwood University. I attended Rosati Kain High School and loved every minute of it. I am married and I have one beautiful daughter named Emaline. We also have a Boxer named Ohana. In my free time I love to read and spend time with family and friends. I am excited about this year and I know that it will be a great one! About Mrs. Southworth: Another set of helping hands in the classroom belong to our wonderful aide Mrs. Southworth. She has been working at St. Gerard for 7 years now and still enjoying every minute of it! She helps our classes by working with small groups, helping individual students, helping prepare for our special projects and activities, and she puts a smile on everyones' face! We are very blessed to have her on our team!

Mission
My goal for our class is to show every student that they can succeed in anything they put their mind to. I want them to be able to set goals for themselves and know how they can reach those goals. Finally, I will help them in doing this by creating a safe environment for them to work in. They should be able to come to me with any questions or ideas that they have. With this mission I know that every child will succeed!
