Semester exams are an important part of the middle school curriculum
that help the students make a successful transition into high school
expectations. This approach has been validated as important by our past
graduates. Our goals are to introduce students to end of semester exams, teach
them how to study for this kind of testing, and help them build confidence in
the process.
The following schedules allow the students to experience semester exams
with increasing volume as they progress from grade six to grade eight. First
semester exams will be given in December before Christmas break, and second
semester exams will given during the month of May.
