Behavioral Expectations
Do:
Tell the teacher right away if your computer is not working correctly.
Tell the teacher right away if something is upsetting or inappropriate on your computer.
Leave your computer the way you found it.
Remember that your computer is not a toy.
Show respect for other people and equipment.
Raise your hand to ask or answer a question.
Name your file with your name.
Clean up your computer at the end of class.
Makeup your work if you're are absent--within one week.
Know and follow the policies of St. Gerard for computer users.
Don't:
Touch anyone else's mouse.
Plug or unplug anything.
Copy anyone else's work.
Change or delete anyone else's work.
Download without permission.
Use email, chat room, or proxy server.
We never have these things in the computer lab:
food
drink
electronics, such as MP3 players
magnets
