This is Mr. Ryan's third year at St. Gerard Majella. I am excited about jumping into things and
providing as many hands-on learning science activites as possible. Mr. Ryan occasionally brings in
some of his reptile friends to visit to enhance our learning experience.
I completed my undergraduate work of the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I am currently enrolled in a
master's program in special education at Webster University. I anticipate completion of this degree in
2011.
My mission for the science class is simple... Science is generally thought of as a topic we study in
school. Science is really a way of thinking and looking at the world to find answers. I would
like all of my students to be able to think like a scientist, and apply this way of thinking to all their
subjects. Communication skills will be emphasized as well.
