I graduated high school from South Panola in 1997. From there I went to the
University of Mississippi. In 2001, I earned a degree in Political Science
with a minor in business. I soon went to work at a local bank. After working
there for 2 years, I decided I wanted to go back to school to get certified
to teach. I am currently certified to teach 7th-12th grade History and
English. I have been teaching since January 2005. I completed my masters
degree in Cirriculum and Instruction in January 2008.
I live in Batesville. I am married and have 2 beautiful daughters, Emma Ray
and Macey. I have 2 dogs, Lady, and Max, 1 rabbit, Doo, & 2 cats, Cotten &
Pumpkin. I love animals & believe in the conservation of our enviroment.
I would like to welcome everyone to my class. I look foward to working with
each student, and I am excited about the upcoming school year. This class
focuses on U.S. History from it's beginnings until 1877. There will be a lot
of hard work, but we will also have a lot of fun.
