Hi! My name is Kari Lawrence. This is my second year at Oak Hill Academy,
as well as my second year to teach. I am excited to be part of this school
and the students. I was born in Long Beach, California. I moved to Mantee,
Mississippi when I was five years old. I graduated from high school from
Hebron Christian School. I recently received my bachelor’s degree in
Elementary Education from the Mississippi University for Women this past
May. I have substituted while in college, as well as tutor students in
algebra and English.
My mission for the year is to help each child reach their full potential. I
also want this year to be an exciting and interesting one, in which the
children will want to succeed.
