About The Teacher

I love teaching at Ridgeland High School.  This is my sixth year to teach 
business education classes at RHS. I received my Master's Degree 
in Education from Mississippi College during the summer of 2004. I graduated 
from Mississippi College in August, 2006 with a Specialist Degree in 
Educational Leadership. 

I live in Madison County.  I have been married for 29 years.   Both of my 
children have attended Madison County Schools from their kindergarten years 
through the 12th grade.  My oldest son, Chase, is a graduate of Mississippi 
State University.  He lives and works in Boulder, Colorado.  My younger son, 
Will, is currently a senior at Mississippi State.

I am very fortunate to have such a fun job.  The students at Ridgeland High 
School are some of the best and brightest in Mississippi.  It is a pleasure 
to come to work in such a great atmosphere. I feel very confident in the 
future of our country if these students are running it!

Mission For The Class

The mission for all of my classes is to incorporate learning facts and 
skills with their everyday lives so they can grow up to become responsible, 
cooperative, smart adults that will make a difference in this world.
