Notebooks and at least two sharpened #2 wooden pencils needed every day!
Supplies:
***Daily work- DARs(Daily Art Reviews-journal writing)These count as 25% of
9wk grade
***First semester art students will learn procedures. This is a big
task and the most important. Procedures will determine whether the student
passes or fails this year.
***Attendance/Class Participation/Care and conservation of tools, media and
equipment count 15% of 9wks grade).
***Studio Production and tests count 40% of 9wks grade. Yes, art students
have written test. Students will learn about artists, artworks and the
history of art.
Parents please call me at home if there is an emergency (563-2268) or you
may
contact your child's counselor and schedule an appointment for
with me at an appropriate time. My planning period is second period each
day and I will be glad to meet with you then. My email address is
