READING: Comprehension and skills test over Unit 2 begins tomorrow. We’ll
finish Thursday. Since next week is a short one, due to Thanksgiving, we’ll
start reading the next story Friday.
SPELLING: Adding –er/-est is the rule this week. The test is Friday. We
will not have a lesson next week.
LANGUAGE: Main verbs, helping verbs, tenses of verbs, and spelling words
correctly will be explored this week.
MATH: Topics covered include: tenths, hundredths, relating fractions and
decimals, subtracting across zero, missing factors, rounding numbers to
estimate and test 7.
SCIENCE: The test over chapter 9 “Changes to Earth’s Surface” is Friday.
