READING: Maria Cristina Brusca tells about a childhood summer that she spent
at her grandparents’ ranch on the pampas of Argentina. We’ll make
generalizations about life on a ranch.
SPELLING: All the words have –ed or –ing added to them.
LANGUAGE: We will review everything we have covered so far this year with
cumulative reviews.
MATH: Adding/subtracting decimal numbers (part 2), percents, adding numbers
with more than 3 digits, checking 1-digit division, subtracting numbers with
more than 3 digits, word problems about equal groups (part 2) , plus test #9
will be accomplished this week.
SCIENCE: Test for chapter 10 is Wednesday. We will then go back to chapter
1 about classifying plants and animals.
