Hey, 2nd Graders, here is a list of what you will need in Grade 2.  
Please LABEL your supplies with a permanent marker with your 
initials or name so we can keep everybody's supplies straight during 
our second grade school year:

Gr. 2 Supply List 

*   24 sharpened pencils (may need replenishing mid-year)
*   a small pencil sharpener
*   1 pr. of pointed scissors (Fiskars are great!)
*   2 bottles of Elmer's or similar white glue (1 now, 1 mid-year)
*   1 glue stick
*   1 box of crayons or markers
*   1 medium or large pink eraser (any color will do)
*   1 pack of pencil erasers for the end of your pencil
*   2 pocket folders (1 for desk, 1 for daily homework)
*   2 wide-ruled spiral notebooks (1 now, 1 mid-year)
*   1 pair of shoes for P.E. (no zippers or slip-ons)
*   a gallon zip-lock plastic bag
*   a bag/box of healthy 2nd gr. treats (each month)
*   1 pack of math flashcards +/- to 18 for home practice
*   1 positive attitude
*   1 happy, smiling 2nd grader
