Thank you to Mrs. Nebot and her committee for setting up the children's saints in the church vestibule. They look wonderful, and Sr. Rosario asked that they be left up for the weekend so that the parishoners could enjoy them, too. All of the children did very well when they gave their reports.

PLAN AHEAD: Our Thanksgiving play will be Tuesday, Nov.24, in our classroom. Parents and other family members can come to either performance, 10:30 or 12:30. Children should bring their costumes in on Monday, Nov.23, so that we can have a dress rehearsl for the othe third grade classes. On Tuesday, besides our performances for parents, we will perform for kindergarten, first, and second grade classes. We will have our costumes on for liturgy practice, wear them home, and wear them back to school on Wednesday, so we are ready for Mass.
After Mass, the children may change into their uniforms or keep their costumes on and wear them home. I will be putting directions for costumes on the website.
Thank you to all the parents who volunteered to go with us to the symphony. We had more volunteers than we could take, so we picked names from a container. The following parents were our winners: Mrs.Baldridge, Mrs. Dillon, Mrs. Ferrari,
Dr. Lloyd, and Mrs. Nebot. Parents don't pay for the bus, but the cost of their tickets is five dollars. If you can't come for any reason, please let me know. Otherwise, we will see you at 8 AM
in the classroom, on Nov. 17.
