Students will be participating in various experiments and hands-on
learning activities in Science this year. The fourth grade Science
curriculum focuses on 4 main areas of study: Electricity (1st nine weeks),
Rocks & Minerals, Food Chemistry, and Animal Habitats. These units are
active and a lot of fun for everyone. Classrooms are provided with science
kits that supplement all four areas of study. Due to the movement,
preparation, clean-up, and active nature of our science
experiments...volunteers are always welcome. Please let us know if you
would like to volunteer, have expertise/knowledge in any of these areas, or
have materials that could supplement our science learning/studies.
