My name is William Bayliss and I graduated from the University of Charleston
with a BA degree in History.I received teacher certification in Special
Education from Fayetteville State University in the areas of Learning
Disability (LD), Behaviorally Emotionally Handicapped (BEH), and Cross
Categorial (CCR). I also have a History endorsement on my teacher's license.
My mission statement is very simple and straight forward. I want every
student I serve to be able to read, write, and compute comparable to their
respective grade levels.
