It's getting kind of spooky in our classroom this time of year. We are
creating pumpkins, spiders, ghost, witches, and all kinds of other fun things
at this time. We are reading "Stirring the Brew", an interactive book that
the kids love. We will continue this theme throughout the month of October.
We also are practicing counting to four, the letter E F G H, and our colors.
We have a book or a story to go along with each of these concepts.
We have also begun are therapeutic swimming program. This year we are taking
some peer buddies with us to tag along. This has been a great experience for
everyone.
We are also in the process of beginning our reverse inclusion program.
Disability awareness will be the first step, allowing your children to ask
and answer question about others.
