Thank you to all who helped to make our first annual school walk for
diabetes a success!! We raised $5594.00. Way to go Admirals! I hope we can
do it again next year. The turn out on Oct. 25th at Greenfield lake was
great also and we had a lot of fun.
Anderson Admirals won the top school award for raising the most money in
the school divison at the JDRF awards banquet On January 20, 2009. Way to go!
Our t-shirt design to second place:) Thank you again to all who helped
make this possible and participated in rasing money or donated their time or
gifts. I am truly blessed to be part of such a great team and have wonderful
coworkers, parents, and of course students!!!!!!!
*****Reminder***** All fifth grade students will need to have a Tdap vaccine
before going to sixth grade. I will be sending home reminders now and in the
last report card. You can go to the health department to receive this
