About The Assistant Principal

I moved from New York to Wilmington in 1994.  I've been married to my wife 
Jeanne for 31 years and we have three sons.  Tim is 25 years old and in his 
third year of Law School at Duke University.  Ken and Dan are 20 years old 
and juniors in college.  Ken is attending NC State and Dan is at Wake 
Forest.  As you can see ACC competition in my household is always at a very 
high level, especially when "March Madness" begins.  

Academically, I graduated from UNCW in 1998 and received my Masters Degree 
in the spring of 2004.  Prior to coming to Anderson I was assistant 
Principal at Carolina Beach Elementary.  In addition, I taught fifth grade 
for about seven years at JC Roe Elementary and Parsley Elementary in New 
Hanover County and Belville Elementary in Brunswick County.  

On a more personal level I love all sports and coached soccer for 18 years 
and baseball for 10 years.  Away from school I enjoy writing short stories, 
holiday greeting cards, and poetry.  I always look at writing as an 
adventure and my pencil allows me to go anywhere I want.
