Students will learn the fundamental skills, strategies, and rules of each
sport and how to apply them in games. Students will be expected to
participate actively and to perform physically to the best of their ability
in each of the activities.
The purpose of this course is to acquaint the students with modern health
concepts and problems. They will also be introduced to the fundamental
aspects of healthful living. It covers emotional and social health, nutrition
and weight control, substance abuse, chronic diseases, First Aid and safety,
and the benefits of exercise.
