This is my sixth year in the education field and I do my job each and every
day for the love of the kids. There is no other feeling that compares to
watching a childs mind grow and build confidence that will help them through
many years of life. I strive to make the learning process fun for students
while also targeting the core concepts needed to progress through school.
I came to Wilmington as a college student at the University of North Carolina
at Wilmington and 12 years later - I am still here. I have since married and
bought a house close to Wrightsville Beach which is where I spend a lot of my
free time. I am active in the sports world playing volleyball, soccer,
basketball, and softball locally. I have a cat named "Cali" and strive to
become a better surfer.
Fall is here and winter is near!! The holidays are coming up soon and school
is as exciting as ever. "Foucht's Fish" will continue to work hard on
academic content while interacting with the learning process and also having
fun!
