How many books can students check out at one time?

What if I let my friend borrow my book and they don't return it?
Any book that is checked out to you is your responsibility. If your friend loses the book while it is still checked out to you, you have to pay the fine. The best rule of thumb is never to loan a book when it is still checked out in your name. Always turn it in and tell your friend to get it from the library.Back to Top
What if a book gets damaged while it is checked out to me, but I didn't do it?
If any damage occurs to a book while it is checked out to you, not matter if the damage was caused by a friend, your sibling, or another relative, you have to pay the fine for the damage. While a book is checked out to you, it is your responsibility, no one else's.Back to Top
How do I locate AR books in our library?
All of our AR books are marked with a dark blue circular sticker on the spine just above or just below the spine label.Back to Top
How can I tell what AR level the book is and how many points it is worth?
Turn to the inside back cover and look for a white label with this information.Back to Top
Can students check out magzines?
Students may check out one magazine in addition to their limit of two books, however any student who owes any fines for lost or damaged books may not check out magazines until those fines have been paid.Back to Top
