     I would like to start scheduling my conferences with you and your child.  We will discuss your child’s progress,

educational strengths and needs, and behavior.   Please write your name beside the time(s) you would be available

for a conference.  Put a “star” (*) beside the one you would prefer.  I will try to accommodate everyone as much as

possible.  I will also be glad to try to arrange other times, if possible, but, I cannot meet during instructional time.

We can also have a phone conference if meeting in person is not possible.  Indicate below if that is your preference

and provide the best phone number to use and time to call.  I will call you or email you to confirm our conference time.
