Third AIG

During the third and fourth nine weeks third grade AIG students will
be learning about different types of thinking. Using the Primary Education
Thinking Skills books 2 and 3, students will learn about convergent,
divergent, visual and evaluative thinking. After the AIG students have taken
notes on each type of thinking they will be given extensive practice on
assignments, games, and projects that promote each type of thinking. At the
end of all the thinking lessons, students will divided into 4 groups. Each
group will develop a lesson for a specific way of thinking. The AIG students
will then help me teach these thinking lessons to their classmates in the
regular classrooms.
