The Student/Parent Access Network (SPAN) is designed to give WCPSS students and parents access to their records, including grades, attendance, and discipline. GRADES SPAN allows students and parents to view previous grades from report cards, as well as grades in the current quarter for each class. Please allow teachers time to collect, score, and post grades. If it has been more than two weeks and a grade still seems to not be posted, you may wish to email or send a note to the teacher via your child. DISCIPLINE Any formal disciplinary measures taken by your child's teachers is also available for you to view online. These measures include written reflections, silent lunch, tardies to class, or referrals to the office for more severe infractions, such as fighting. All actions are categorized as a major or minor offense. It is important to note that four minor offenses of the same type result in a major infraction.
